DFT Digest

Just a quickie – October is around the corner, and that means it’s ITC time!   Yep – for someone in the DFT business, this is the trade show of preference.  Not the only one, but the biggest one…

Tomorrow (or today, depending on when you read this – anyway Sept 29) is the last day to get an early-bird discount on the registration fee.  I got the go ahead to make my way up north for a couple of days to se what I can find, and I’m looking forward to it!

I just noticed, as I was looking at the ITC website, very discreetly down toward the bottom of the homepage, that ITC 2009 will be held in Austin, TX at the convention center.  Very cool – a change in venue for both DAC and ITC in 2009!

In the next couple of weeks, I’d like to put together my list of most interesting items to look for at ITC – and I’m encouraging anybody out there reading to submit your own list (or thing – doesn’t have to be a list), and I’ll publish it here.  You can e-mail it to me (jford@dftdigest.com) or submit it as a comment to this post.  Of course, it’s more interesting to know why you you’ll be looking for the item(s) on your list, so be descriptive.  If you’d like to be anonymous, by all means, just e-mail the list to me and say so – I respect your privacy.
